1st Class Recorded Post (UK) £3.49		Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery offers all of the benefits of standard First Class, but with the added security of proof of posting and a signature on delivery.
Special Delivery (UK) £6.49		For those items that you simply must have without delay, look no further than Royal Mail Special Delivery. With guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm available to 99% of UK households Monday to Friday, a signature on delivery and online tracking, your order is literally hours away! (Excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Special Delivery Saturday Service (UK) £9.40		If you're ordering an urgent item on Friday, and simply can't wait until Monday, Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Service can help. All of the superb features of standard Special Delivery are available, but with guaranteed delivery by Saturday before 1pm available to 99% of UK households. (Excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands)
DHL Global Mail £3.49		Low cost, but reliable, international delivery service from DHL. Worldwide deliveries normally take 4-10 days, and do not provide a tracking service.

We find that the vast majority of Royal Mail First Class items are delivered on time, but occasionally delays can mean that deliveries can take a little longer. Late items generally arrive within a day or two of the specified delivery window, but in rare cases deliveries can take up to 14 days.

Please note that UK shipping estimates refer to UK mainland standard destinations only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer to arrive.

Shipping Notes

1: Whilst we will strive to utilise your selected delivery option, we reserve the right to change the shipping method in exceptional circumstances.

2: Estimated delivery times are provided by our couriers, as a guide only. Mobilemadhouse cannot be held responsible if these estimates are not met.

3: Items returned due to non-delivery. Any item that is returned due to failed delivery for any reason will not be eligible for a carriage refund. Costs incurred due to the re-sending of any order will be paid for by the customer.

4: Items that are missing or delayed can only be replaced, traced or refunded after 15 days. This is due to the policies of our couriers.

5: All orders will be subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We advise that you place orders with a delivery address outside of the European Union using the above carriage options (which also operate within some non-EU territories such as Jersey and Guernsey - VAT free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); In doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.

Customs Charges - Orders Outside the EU

Any customs charges incurred by shipments sent outside of the UK and European Union will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All of our orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and you may be responsible for customs import duty or VAT when your item is delivered.

If you refuse to pay any import duties and your order is returned to Mobilemadhouse, any refund that is due will paid net of return shipping and customs charges, and a minimum administration charge of £5.00.
